Oxidizers are systems which specialize in the destruction of volatile organic compounds. Current systems involve sophisticated controls along with environmental and safety considerations. Oxidizer techniques usually involve heat recovery schemes. Thermal oxidizers using regenerative catalytic technology and direct-fired destruction, with concurrent heat exchangers, give back energy after incineration. The incinerator design can require forced draft (cold) fans or induced draft (hot) fans. With either scheme, NYB produces many heavy-duty designs of incinerator fans.
The New York Blower Company offers literally thousands of different types, models and sizes of air-movement equipment that can be customized and tailored to your specific application. See the chart below for a list of recommended fan designs, materials and features for oxidizer systems, or contact us to request a quote.
