Information about your Fan
If you need information about your fan, the first step is to locate the shop number on the nameplate. Depending on when you purchased your fan, the shop number will appear in different locations - see the examples below to better understand how to find your shop number.
Once you have your shop number, there are a number of ways to obtain information about your fan.
1. You can contact your local representative, who will be able to send you all documentation such as original operating conditions, original sales memo, maintenance manual and drawings.
2. You can buy replacement parts online by clicking here.
3. You can access the maintenance manual by clicking here. The shop number is not needed, however you do need the product name (Pressure Blower, Duct Fan, ect.)
4. You can fill out the form at the bottom of the page and a representative will contact you shortly with the requested information.
How to Locate Shop Numbers on Nameplates
Please note that all NYB products include a nameplate that displays details of the fan at the time of its manufacture. Nameplates are typically located on the fan's bearing pedestal (or on the housing side if no pedestal is part of the design). A nameplate includes a "Shop Number" which is in essence the serial number of the fan.
