High-velocity air is delivered from a fan to remove dirt, weld fumes, oil mist, water droplets and plating solutions from manufactured items. This process can be applied before the painting of the product or after the parts have been cleaned in high-pressure washers. The packaging requirements for food, pharmaceutical or medical products require very high-quality drying. The fans and industrial blow off drying systems become higher pressure and higher horsepower with multiple drying zones and higher conveyor speeds. Inlet silencers and filters are usually required to meet environmental standards.
